The beneficiary of the project is Zespół Szkół Nr 1 in Kłobuck, where young people are trained both in the secondary school, technical school and vocational school as well. The role of the intermediary partners perform AFORMAC (Assocition de Formation Continue du Massif Central) - French training institution based in Montlucon, which trains in occupations related to the hotels, catering, tourism and the meat industry and Sistema Turismo – an Italian intermediary organization dedicated to the international mobility sectors that deal with promoting, organizing and managing work experience and educational programs. Each of the parties involved in the project will carry out certain tasks. ZS No. 1, as a beneficiary and at the same time a sending organization is obliged to choose the project participants and their preparation for the internships as well as travel arrangements and organizational support. As an intermediary organizations AFORMAC and Sistema Turismo undertook to organize accommodation for the trainees, the selection of companies for vocational training, participation in cultural and linguistic preparation of the project participants and participation in the validation of competences acquired during the training periods in France and Italy. There will be organized four –week trainings during the project for 16 students of the technical school in the profession of nutrition and catering services and 16 pupils in the profession of services in hairdressing, which will be accompanied by caregivers. The participants will take internships mobility in the French restaurant and hotel-restaurant facilities and hairdressing salons in Italy. Youth preparing to the profession of the technician of nutrition and food service get to know the cuisine of various nations, including French cuisine regarded as the best in the world during the lessons. Participation in the project will allow the students to get to know the cuisine at the source and learn the preparation of the typical dishes. The prospective students of the art of hairdressing will have the opportunity to observe the level of the Italian services performed by masters, and thus the transfer of elements of European culture on the Polish ground. The project involves raising the level of training of youth in the areas of catering and hairdressing, the increased mobility of people in the initial vocational training, equal opportunities, skills and language development of people involved in the project and increasing their chances of employment in Poland and other European countries. The trainees of the nutrition and catering services will have the opportunity to learn about the new technologies, develop their skills and professional competences and explore the secrets of French cuisine. In turn, the students of the art of hairdressing will observe the Italian, modern hairdressing services, creative hair cutting techniques, they will improve practical skills training, learn the hairdressing treatments with the use of specialized equipment and cosmetic preparations. At the end of the internships, the students will receive certificates confirming occupational skills and competences. The expected results of cooperation between the partners in the project are: • strengthening the international potential of the applicant institution and intermediary organizations, • improving the quality of education / training in the institution of the beneficiary, • the development of cooperation between AFORMAC Training Center and Sistema Turismo together with the host organizations, • the development of cooperation of ZS No. 1 with the local employers, • interesting experience for the host organizations and willingness for the future cooperation Internships are scheduled for June or September 2016 in the restaurants and hotel and restaurant facilities of the French city of Montlucon and Vichy and hairdressing salons and hairdressing and beauty salons of the Italian city of Rimini.
