The project called “With experience into the Future” will be carried out from 1st June 2016 till 31st December 2017. It will be a continuation of the previously planned in 2014 actions connected with the educational mobility. In 2016 The Boleslaw Prus Complex of Schools in Czestochowa accomplished the first project called “The Way to the Professional Success” in which 30 students took part in a one-month traineeship in Germany. The current project broadens the number of students and specializations: it allows 60 students who specialise to be mechatronics technicians, electronics technicians, photography technicians and surveying technicians to take part in foreign apprenticeships. Such apprenticeships in foreign companies will enable the participants to increase their language proficiency, intercultural awareness, social competences and intercultural skills. The main objective of the project is to grant new possibilities for the students who will gain invaluable experience at the European work market, they will become more open to other cultures, more flexible and enterprising. The competences they are going to get in the foreign companies will be certified by the internationally recognized documents, which will create many opportunities for them on their way to get jobs. Nowadays, the employers expect their workers to be familiar with technical novelties, and to be fluent in using foreign languages. Most of all, they want the candidates to have certain practice at similar positions, and this project is going to provide the students with such experience. The project will be fruitful for both cooperating organizations, i.e. the school and the Vitalis GmbH company from Germany. The partnership will enable the staff of both organizations to increase their multicultural awareness, organizational skills and understanding of different systems of training. Their expertise in organizing and carrying out such projects will grow significantly, as well as their language skills. All these factors will contribute to the better functioning of the school and the partner company; both organizations will be more efficient in fulfilling their tasks. The school is going to adopt the foreign traineeship programmes and standards to the local syllabuses, which should raise the level of the local apprenticeships. Before taking part in the traineeship the students will go through a series of preparing workshops i.e. additional foreign language classes, cultural and pedagogical classes. The participants will be provided with personal accident insurance and liability insurance. The school will organize the journey, supply them with uniforms and two teachers who will take care of them. The Vitalis company will provide the traineeships organization, accommodation, catering, a German mentor who will be at their disposal 24 hours a day, cultural programme, language and emotional support. The scheduled dates of the mobilities are 11th September 2016 - 8th October 2016 and 7th May 2017 - 3rd June 2017.
