YW-"ToT - Advanced sustainable participation"

With the project ToT Advanced Sustainable Participation we wanted to identify different challenges in the involved countries regarding methods of participation. We mapped what kind of methods are being used in the local communities, what is working and what is not. We developed best practice examples of participation models on a local levels, analysed possibilities to improve those models to strengthen the quality and impact of different models of participation. The participating organisations think that having a mutual understanding of the different levels in participation processes, and how people react on different methods, is extremely important. With this ToT we empowered young people and youth workers to become agents of participation.
