TERMINÉ
"Building Future" was a project that project that gave possibility to one project manager within InterCollege Norway to develop its capacity managerial capacity and skills. The project entailed a two-month job-shadowing that was undertaken in InterCollege Denmark by Bojana Ilic.
The job-shadowing gave Bojana best practices and knoweledge about the following subjects:
1. Organizational cultures
2. Staff Management
3. Problem analysis and conflict resolution
4. Financial management, administrative procedures and bookkeeping
5. Cooperation with media and local stakeholders
6. Visibility and PR
7. Organizational strategy
