TERMINÉ
The aim is to develop methods of informing the youth about toxicant abuse and sexual matters in different age groups. Information and experiences from methods and activities carried out in Finland and Estonia are exchanged in the themes of assisting the risk groups, utilising the resources in voluntary groups and NGOs, health education, decreasing the use of toxicants and preventing sex diseases. Target areas: Vihti and neighbour municipalities (Uusimaa, Finland), Otepää and Tartu region (Estonia)
