In collaboration with the previous partners, jointly decided that the next training is required for calling attention to this - how to prepare young people for the labour market and how to represent yourself in it, how to become active in the labour market, as well as the opportunity to initiate realization of own ideas. Moreover, how to make priority of works after getting a job and how to plan your time. At the same time - how to recognize fair and unfair marketing and how to maintain your own integrity. Making emphasis on those young people who have the most serious economic obstacles that currently is a very common problem in the partner countries and in Europe in general - youth unemployment; socially including them and motivating actively participate in the labour market.
One of the goals of the mobility activity is to promote equality and inclusion, facilitating access to learning opportunities for learners who come from a less favourable environment and have fewer options than their mates. These people are at a disadvantage, because they have personal difficulties or obstacles limiting or denying them the opportunity to participate in both transnational projects, and the labour market.
The aim of the mobility activity is exchange of good practices, the increase of knowledge and experience of youth leaders and trainers who work with social risk groups of children and young people, by using non-formal education methods, directly in the field of social inclusion, which motivates young people to become active in the labour market and in the young people's organizations. To enhance core skills and ability levels, paying particular attention to their consistency with the labour market and their contribution to the building of a unified society, in particular by increasing mobility opportunities for learning and strengthening cooperation between education and the world of work.
This mobility activity is provided for 26 project managers and youth support persons, and youth educators, entrepreneurs and social workers in order to promote a long-term partnership and the qualitative provision of motivation and education program for those young people who are not active in the labour market. Mobility activity will support participants to develop youth competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes), with the aim to improve their personal development and employment for acquisition of the European labour market; will increase the participants ' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, by offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts, actively participate in society and to develop a sense of European citizenship and identity; will increase competence and international dimension of organisations that work in the area of training and youth, so they can offer activities and programs that focus on specific to individuals in Europe and beyond it; will strengthen synergies and transition between formal and non-formal education, vocational training, employment and business activities.
The project has 14 partner organizations from Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium, Croatia and Turkey, in order to promote long-term partnership and high-quality projects.
Preparation of the participants will take place in each partner country, as it is very important for the project that the participants would have the info to work with during the training. Then there will be a 9 day-long training, after which the participants will be able to work in their countries with social inclusion and the reduction of unemployment among young people by using the newly acquired knowledge and methods from the various manuals that, wherever possible, translate into their languages to be used in their countries. During the training there will be used non-formal education methods, using Compass, Compasito, All Together, Volunteering Against Powerty, Peers without Frontiers, Young co-operatives, Co-operaction and intercultural communication manuals as the possible methods. Participants will be able to motivate young people to be active in the labour market. Participants will work in the newly established partner network and will implement training projects that have been created. As a result of the training, participants will receive the Youth pass.
