YOUTH PREVENTION

The training course will be host in La Hoya (Elche) from 7 to 14 September 2015, with the participation of 8 different countries and a total of 24 participants. The idea of this project is motivated by the Spanish social alarm that is occurring in the formal educational and informal due to the increased number of peer harassment, one in four young people suffer harassment or violence from their peers / friends. Several different risk behaviors that can affect the development and welfare of our youth. Among them we can mention: the bullying and school violence, alcohol and drug abuse, teenage pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, discrimination and exclusion of groups, among others. The prevention of risk behaviors is an important need in our work with young people, and relevant approach it and know how to help young people and prevent them. Objectives: Improve and renew the tools for trainers, educators, monitors in youth prevention Provide information on bullying workers, families, young people and society in general Sensitize and educate young people, teachers, coaches, trainers about the need of prevention. Exchange realities regarding the topics of the project in the participating countries. Sharing experiences and best practices with other trainers, educators, monitors. Become familiar with different tools and methods of non-formal education for prevention and work with youth. Different activities for personal development and skills of the participants. Presentation and cooperation in the new Erasmus + program Encourage the establishment of anti-bullying and anti-violence policies. With this training we give and provide participants with different tools, skills and experience to better develop their work, support and prevent problems among young people, all partners in the project think there is a need for training and retraining youth workers, exactly the topic of prevention in youth. Help youth trainers, teachers, monitors, workers improve their skills, to develop better job, being ratios of the risks of young people, so they can anticipate these help or advise, to do work in the following areas are important for prevention. - Bullying and Mobbing. - Conflict Resolution. - Alcohol and drugs. - Cyber-space (Tic). - Affectivity and sexuality. - Exclusion and Social Inclusion. Activities: NAME GAME GAME GROUP PRESENTATION OF ASSOCIATIONS YOUTH MEETING AND PASS Europass: PRESENTATION OF THE FACTS ROLE-PLAY PRACTICAL CASE WORKSHOPS VISITS LECTURES ON THE TOPICS OF THE PROJECT. DEVELOPMENT PROJECT TEAMWORK Intercultural Experience SHARING EXPERIENCES The working methods that we will use during the training course are: -Workshops Specific where participants can learn different activities and tools on youth prevention. -To Learn by doing. - Visit different projects working with young people and how they act. -Lecture On Bullying and Mobbing.Conflict resolution.Alcohol and drogues.Ciber spacing (Tic) .Affectivity and sexuality.Exclusion and Social Inclusion -Daily reflection for Youthpass (individually or in pairs). -Corner Of resources (where you can find different materials, magazines, books) -Space for questions and exchange of experiences (where they may leave questions so that they can be answered) Exchanging experiences Group-activities Evaluations The most important impact of this project will be on the participants, giving them the opportunity to train through different workshops, learn about the different realities in other European countries, new tools and methods to prevent in their work with young, active participation in an international activity, improving their communication skills in English. One of the most important impacts on young people will be working with participants in organizations, and this training that will have the participants (employees of partner organizations) we will try to create a change on them, prevent potential conflicts, work with youth for prevention of abuse, etc. and giving a quality environment in which they work and live.
