Date du début: 1 août 2014, Date de fin: 29 févr. 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Nowadays young people represent a key resource for the future of the EU, but that is not always able to express their potential. Develop activities for young people, it seems more and more an essential factor contributing to the process of growth of new generations. As a result, give real opportunities for young people to acquire skills and knowledge that are practically useful for introduction to the world of work, it becomes a common goal and task, also for this partnership. Another importat issue is environmental sustainability and health. With this project, young people will explore these issues of European relevance. In general, the project has the following objectives: - Support initiatives for young people, in particular through the development of culture, in all its forms , and the active participation of all. This means giving young people the opportunity to follow specialized personnel , acquiring new skills and knowledge , as well as organize its cultural initiatives , the result of planning and preparation , to demonstrate the process of non-formal learning. - To contribute to the promotion of lifestyles more eco-friendly, both to the individual and towards the environment. The aim is to work towards the empowerment of citizens in making informed decisions in real-time both in consumption and in the behavior and healthy lifestyles also ecologically . In addition, think about new ideas and visions of sustainable society and environmentally responsible solutions, based on its experience. According to these objectives, we have 2 paths: a) Youth & Health (will involve the volunteer from Bulgaria, already identified. The path includes activities related to the promotion of sustainable lifestyles, awareness, local maps, games and initiatives in schools and community centers) b) Youth & Youth (will involve volunteer from Spain, already identified. The path provides support to young people, organization of conferences, participation in the implementation of local events for young people, promoting opportunities for young people) The project involves two volunteers (one Spanish and Bulgarian). The voluntary Bulgarian is attending the last year of college, and after graduation she expressed interest in EVS, to test whether herself in a different context, have a learning path different from that had up to now through formal education, with new methodologies. Given the social and economic difficulties in which it is his family, she could not live many experiences, normal for young people with the same age. This project will be a very strong experience and it will allow her to recover the lost opportunities and to grow as a person. The Spanish volunteer has completed the course of study and decided to devote a year of his life in EVS. According to his point of view, the economic situation in Spain is not helping young people to express their talents priori and it does not encourage the youth initiative. For this, after becoming aware of the opportunity, he thought it was necessary to shock in his life, and seize this important opportunity for growth through non-conventional methods, then return to his country and support them in recovery. The methodology will be informal because it is suitable to provide skills in an indirect way through the experience, in a democratic manner. The expected impact on the volunteers relates to: – an enhanced employability and improved career prospects – an increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship – improved learning performances – improved second language knowledge – an enhanced inter-cultural awareness – an increased motivation for taking part in future (formal/non formal) education or training after the mobility period abroad – increased self-empowerment and self-esteem – a more active participation in society – a more positive attitude towards the European project and EU values. The activities supported are also expected to produce the following outcomes on participating organisations: – an increased capacity to operate at EU/international level – an innovative and improved way of operating towards their target groups
