The YOPAC (Youth Participation and Cooperation - Creating Cultures) Project starts from the interest of the MIV entity (Moviment Infantil de Vilafranca) resulting from the promotion of educational work that promotes international federation 'mother' Esplac (Esplais Catalans), currently member the presidence of the IFM-SEI. Having contacted several leaders Nuoret Kotkat through EVS who were in Catalonia in 2014, we decided to undertake this project of international collaboration. The base of the exchange was to work, always give the most didactic and cross pedagogy, youth participation, education rights and freedoms and international cooperation. Logically, the working references was the multiculturalism and diversity. The organization has been coordinated by the leaders in Catalonia since the amfitrions conducted on the exchange, but preparation tasks and project design activities have been shared between the two groups of leaders. The same dynamic has taken place during project implementation, taking a horizontal and shared leadership, using English as the language of transmission activity. In carrying out the activity we were about 50 people (among them leaders -monitores- activity); half and half between the two countries. So, we have enjoyed an international activity where each half of the participants were of Spain and Finland. All young people between 16 and 18 years. During the camps, as we have said, we have worked on the bases of multiculturalism and diversity, always doing activities with joint reflection with young people to try to work these important values ​​that we wanted to work from the beginning. We have debates, excursions, orientation activities, empathizing, group work ... always working with the mixed group. Once the project is completed we can do two tests at different times (as we find better explained in another section). The first assessment of the camp with the whole group together; overall it was a very good experience and the boys and girls learned and made the most of the experience, doing reflection on the importance of working with people of different country and culture. Once you valued perspective and leaving a little margin we arrived to activity; the boys are even more convinced of this fact. They have done good reviews regarding the respect and coexistence between different cultures.
