The Multilateral Youth Exchange ' Youth in Pomerania ' is organized jointly by the Scout Association Mecklenburg -Vorpommern (PBMV) and the partners from Spain, Italy, Finland and Poland. The participants come from five different countries and are aged 16 to 25 years. This project is to be achieved as the main objective, that young people from different European countries and cultural contexts will be given the opportunity to learn with and from each other in order to reduce potential bias and to accept other life contexts . This is to be effected by joint multi -day living and working in the group . This is in addition to musical and creative and craft associations is also developing content for a youth project in Western Pomerania on the program (Demokratiebahnhof). Thus the participants learn to recognize the benefits they can derive from a self-determined youth work, as they thereby learn to develop their skills and competencies as well as their networks and ' social capital ' to expand .
