The "YOUTH & DEVELOPMENT 4ALL" project is a strategic partnership in education training and youth, funded by the youth program in action, and involving three countries of the program - Portugal, Spain and Italy.The project enables the development of an attractive education and training program for youth workers, developed with peer learning, non-formal education, and promote the cooperation with other countries, development of language skills, knowledge other practices and transfer these to other territories.That is an opportunity to participate in international activities and discover new cultures and to foster a sense of belonging to Europe. A outcome of the project is one guide/support manual to youth worker, which include methodologies and resources to support intervention with young people in different fields, such as the support the social inclusion of young people or including refugees.This project, with a duration of 16 months, aims to promote the training of youth workers by Animar network, and help them to developing learning processes, knowledge and practices in the field of social inclusion, entrepreneurship and non-formal education methodologies. These knowledge will be presented to young people, and then to adapt our intervention strategies, thus promoting development personal and social skills of young people, including the multilingual level and the spirit of initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship.The expected impact in organizations is that it allows greater experience of organizations in the area of youth,non-formal education, cultural diversity, etc. And this impact does not occur only in organizations, but also on people'sorganizations that will be involved in this project. On the other hand, through this experiment will be possible to collect good practice that They will be shared with the local community and with the partner organizations of each organization.
