Youth creativity : InsideOut !

The venue will be in Palic, Serbia. The type of project is a 6 days training course on project management of A3.1 projects and priorities of Youth in Action programme, the objectives of the training course:» To train participants to develop quality European Voluntary Service (A2) and International Youth Exchange and Training (A3) projects with themes related to the four priorities: cultural diversity, inclusion, active participation, European citizenship and one annual priority as Creativity and Innovation.• To raise the quantity and quality of the cooperation between. South East Europe and Programme countries in the frame of Youth IN Action Programme.• To facilitate contact making among SEE and EU countries and the first steps of project development on European Voluntary Service (A2) and International Youth Exchange and Training (A3) projects with themes related to the four priorities: cultural diversity, inclusion, active participation, European citizenship and one annual priority as Creativity and Innovation.The countries involved:Serbia as the country hosting the Activity. Other countries involved are (sorted by alphabetical order): Belgium, Croatia, France, Hungary, and Montenegro.The number of participants:The Activity will be attended by 4 participants from each of the partner organizations (6x4 = 24).The implemented activities and the methods applied:The course is based on the principles and practise of non formal education taking account participants needs, motivations and previous experiences as starting point of the programme.- Variety of methods is used during the TC;- Active methods for group dynamics;- Work in mixed groups;- Learner - centred and based on the experiences of participants;- Based on a personal responsibility for learning, supported by a strong group dimension and a collective approach;- Enabling participants to apply and transfer what they learnt to their youth work practise;- Taking into account the needs and motivations of participants and be open to regular feedback and evaluation.
