Volunteer Elke Delbare is from Belgium, from organisation "VIA vzw". She is motivated to work with youngsters and children to promote their development and education. The main themes for volunteer activities in NGO "Youth club "Dems"" in Gulbene (Latvia): 1. Education (co-operation with local town and district schools, interactive educational seminars about EU programme "YOUTH in Action", presentations about volunteers country. 2. Social work (work in kindergarten and in Gulbene 2. school with mentally disabled children). 3. Youth free time activities (any kind of out door activities, organizing different themes undertakings and activities in the Youth center). 4. To help organize and to take a part in regular "Dems" and Youth center development and realization of projects. 5. Volunteer will be possibility to teach interested youngsters and children in interactive way, if she has specially knowledge in some kind of sphere (music, art, sport, language skills, etc.)
