Also the promoters, in February 2015, will organize workshops dedicated representatives of the target group (young unemployed people aged between 18 and 24 years of project partners' countries), workshops in which participants will learn how to prepare a CV and writes of intent, and how they can achieve their own business with social impact. These methods of dissemination were designed to multiply the impact achieved by the project namely the increase information on ways to find a job and social stages of opening a business in Radnor young unemployed.Young Social Entrepreneur Project (YES) is a youth exchange, Key Action 1 - Youth mobility, Erasmus Plus, which includes a number of six partners coming from Romania, Estonia, Slovakia, Turkey, Poland and the Czech Republic. The project will take place in city Buşteni, Romania, where they will meet 24 young unemployed with aged between 18 and 24 years and six leaders from partner countries of the project. These, for a period of eight days will interact and work in teams to develop skills to provide certain advantages in identification of a job and they will also learn how to open their own business with social impact. For this, the promoters of the project have made a program of activities based on informal and non-formal methods such as discussion, presentation, simulation, role play, knowledge game and. These activities are designed to achieve three goals established by the promoters of the project, the stage of writing it as: 1. Improve the information on the stages of opening a business, among the 24 young unemployed, aged between 18 and 24, coming from: Romania, Turkey, Estonia, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic for a period for eight days; 2. Playing back self-confidence and develop personalities 24 young unemployed, aged between 18 and 24 years, coming from Romania, Turkey, Estonia, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic for a period of eight days; 3. Developing entrepreneurial skills and knowledge based on optimal management of available resources in the community among 24 young unemployed, aged between 18 and 24 years, coming from Romania, Turkey, Estonia, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic for a period of eight days. This project was born after problems facing young Europeans namely: lack of jobs and the low number of young people who choose to open a business. After eight days of activities, promoters will work on a brochure on the project, called "YES" which will contain details of the Erasmus Plus, details of the partners of the project, results of the project, methods used and also steps must follow in order to open a business with social impact and how you can find a job easily.
