Young Leadership

"Young Leadership" is a training-course "training of trainers" for upcoming young, cultural youth-workers, who during this training will become better equipped for offering workshops with their art in youth-centres, schools and at youth-exchanges. At the same time the training will also discuss and explore how elements from traditional Nordic & Baltic culture may be used in addition to or as an alternative to the New York based global hip-hop youth-culture. The training will take place in Örnsköldsvik, SE as plenum work, masterclasses, group/team-work, open-space technology and during 3 working days involve 33 participants from DK, EE, IT, LV, RO & SE.
