Project Young Individuals” will be composed of one activity – a Training Course, which will be held in Wrocław, Poland, from 1st of February to 8th of February 2017. Project is designed for 28 youth workers and youth leaders from8 youth organisations and 7 European countries (Poland, Macedonia, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Italy and Lithuania). The project is based on non-formal education methodology and holistic approach. Participants will leverage their skills and knowledge with activities such as brainstorming, group work, simulations, presentations, role-play, discussion, open space and other methods proposed by trainers to fully support learning process of participants. The aim of the project is to introduce methods of individual youth work (especially coaching and mentoring) to everyday tools used by our partner organization and to youth work in Europe in general.
