The project ""Young Entrepreneurs and Fundraising"" is in line with the European projects: ""Growing together"" (2013) and ""First Steps"" (2014), which was intended for young people / youth leaders and / or youth workers to address the youth unemployment and self-employment and entrepreneurship skills . The issue to be addressed in this project is fundraising. In Cabildo de Gran Canaria we believe that it is not enoguh to have a good idea or project, it is also necessary to seek further sources of income and funding. To do this, we will offer to the young people from the island and from Europe tools for fundraising , especially in the "" third sector"", since in recent years the 'third sector' or non-profit sector has experienced tremendous growth and professionalization, becoming a clear employment creator. The methodology used in this project will be an active and participative methodology based on non-formal learning . Participants are expected to be active agents in the construction of wisdom, following te patterns patterns and activities designed by the trainers. They also will develop skills to search, select, analyze and evaluate information, participate in activities that will allow them to exchange experiences and opinions with the rest of the group and develop autonomy, critical thinking and the ability to self-assessment.
