The participants (involved in youth initiatives and those who have never worked in such a field) want to organise, develop and run several actions connected with all of the problems of youth such as; low education, broken families, "dangerous" districts and society. Th eproject is a long lasting idea, which started in 2006 and run paralelly in each involved countries - the exchange is to help all participants to meet, to create new way of co-working, to discuss problems, and ideas, to exchange good practics etc. Over a half of involved participants are youth people from disadventaged backgrounds - that gives them a chance to change their lives, to lead new, great projects and ideas in the future. For those participants who have already worked with youth it's an opportunity to develop their skills and understand youth deeper.
