According to the current statistics there are 762 kids în Negreşti-Oaş that have parents left abroad to work from a total of 1500 in Satu Mare county. The partner countries Brno (Cehia), Trudovets (Bulgaria), Opole (Polonia) şi Stropkov (Slovacia) are confronted with the same situation. The aim of this project is that together with the partner organisations and the 40 participants of which 12 with fewer opportunities, to raise awareness of the measures that can be taken in order to improve the negative effects on the children left at home who don't understand what is happening, they feel insecure, abandoned,some of them are even suicidal. Moreover, we intend to make the participants know themselves, to understand their talents through this project.The main objective of the project is to stop the negative effects of the migration of the parents abroad to work and taking decisions easier regarding their personal and professional life.The activities developed throughout these 8 days will result in stoping the negative effects of the parents migration abroad to work and taking decisions easily.Through setting up a Friendship Club and implementing a Behaviour Code, the participants will demonstrate that their friendship will continue after the mobility and that despite the age differences, there are rules and priciples that must be respected by each and every one of them. In this way, the 12 participants with fewer opportunities will experiment the feeling of safety, trust and will feel that they belong to a group where they are not discriminated.The personal development workshop, the imagination exercises concerning the identification of talents, will result in selfknowledge and understanding of the talents they have. In this way the youngsters will take decisions easily concerning their personal and professional lives.Through the reflection sessions and the non-formal methods of learning on subjects regarded the situation of the parents left abroad to work, the youngsters will understand better the impact of this situation on the childern left at home. Moreover, they will create social messages on this subject and a brochure that will be promoted through the campaigns organised in schools, the town hall, and the forest district, to inform the youngsters of the benefits they have as childern with parents left abroad, of the work opportunities they have in their own country and how they can be informed on this matter. IBy organising a safety circle meant to gather youngsters with similar situations to discuss and solve problems, fears they are confronted with, this will result in a more personal approach of this problem directly, through open talks with youngsters that have parents left abroad to work.The culinary entrepreneurship activity will improve the sense of responsibility of the 40 participants, but will also make them learn the basic information on running a business.The expected outcomes after this mobility are in matter of improving the social, linguistic, analitical, entrepreneurial, learning, organising skills.
