"Yo empleo, Tú trabajas; Emprendedores Sociales" es una iniciativa juvenil que quiere fomentar el autoempleo en jóvenes pertenecientes a la ASC Estratos. Desde el marco de la educación no formal, los y las jóvenes implicadas en este proyecto tendrán talleres de creatividad y emprendimiento social y de gestión financiera a nivel de microeconomía. Con esta formación, crearán grupos de trabajo de donde nacerán, al menos, tres microempresas sociales, de las que mínimo dos, ofrecerán un producto tangible que pueda ser vendido y una, un servicio a la comunidad en respuesta a una demanda social.Estas microempresas estarán bajo la dependencia común de la ASC Estratos y serán sin ánimo de lucro, por lo que, una vez retribuida la mano de obra empleada y cubiertos los costes de materia prima (en estas tres primeras microempresas inexistentes por estar financiados por el programa "Juventud en Acción"), los beneficios se repartirán a partes iguales, entre una ONG u ONGD elegida por los y las jóvenes, y la cofinanciación de una nueva iniciativa juvenil u otro proyecto de Juventud en Acción o cualquiera que promueva el autoempleo juvenil.Estas microempresas se darán a conocer en una pequeña "feria de la microempresa solidaria" donde podrán vender sus productos u ofrecer sus servicios. De esa experiencia se editará una guía de autoempleo para jóvenes que se divulgará en charlas informativas en institutos, universidades y centros jóvenes o sociales de Cuenca (donde se invitará a jóvenes y asociaciones fuera de los sistemas educativos formales).Con lo anterior se crearán nuevos grupos de trabajo que recibirán asesoramiento y formación de los promotores del proyecto con el fin de que puedan llevar a cabo su propia iniciativa juvenil cofinanciada por la ASC Estratos a partir de los beneficios de las tres primeras microempresas.Finalmente, una vez acabado el proyecto, se editará una nueva guía en inglés y en español que incluya la guía de autoempleo para jóvenes y una guía didáctica para organizar talleres de autoempleo y promocionar la figura de la "empresa social sin ánimo de lucro".----------------------------------"I employ, you work; Social Entrepreneurs" is a youth initiative that aim to encourage the self-employment of young people from Estratos Socio Cultural Association (ASC Estratos). From the frame of non formal education, young people involved in this project will take part in creative and social entrepreneurship workshops and financial management at the level of microeconomics.This training will create working groups which will be born, at least three micro-social enterprises, of which at least two, provide a tangible product that can be sold, and the other one will be a community service in response to social demand.These micro-social enterprises, will be under the common dependence of the ASC Estratos and will share it non profit spirit, so that, once the paid workforce and covered the costs of raw materials (in the first three micro nonexistent for being financed by the "Youth in Action"), the benefits are shared equally between an NGO or NGOs chosen by young people, and the financing of a new youth initiative or other Youth in Action project or anyone which promote the young sel-employement.These micro-social enterprises will be announced in a small "social microenterprise fair" where they can sell their products or offer their services.From that experience we will edit a guide to self-employment for young people to be released in informative talks at colleges, universities and youth or social centers in Cuenca (where we will invite young people and organizations outside the formal education system).With the above will create new working groups that will receive advice and training of project promoters to enable them to carry out their own youth initiative cofinanced by the ASC Estratos from the benefits of the first three microenterprises.Finally, after finishing the project, will be published a new guide in English and Spanish that includes self-employment guide for youth and a tutorial for self-employment workshops and promote the non profit Social Enterprise.
