Public education center is the most important theoretecal framework of formal education in Turkey. Public Education center is an impartant educational institution with nearly 1000 branches. Public education centers serve an important function in managing the socio economic effects of urbanization and migration riality in our country. More over Public Education centers have an important function in the social inclusion and integration of people living in rural areas. The importance of the subject in the context of job function, the actual implemen tation and whether the objectives of this organization with competence shovld be evaluated together with the fact thant really can be achievedThe subject of this Project is increasiny the contribution to the social integration of institutions by increasing the staff qualification of public Education centers operating in rural areasThis Project aims to provide a different and innovative aspect to adult education it aimed to increase the contribution to social and economic life of the Public Education centers.The aim of this Project specifically is increasing the institutional capacity of five Public Education centers ( Sarız, Pınarbaşı, Felahiye,Sarıoğlan ,Özvatan )which are operating in the rural areas of Kayseri city .We aimed to educate the staff of these Public Education centers and get more qualified staff with the help of this education. Five Public education centers which are the member of consortium serve in the small towns of Kayseri and try to educate people living in the rural areas.Profile of participantsSarız Public Education center (Leoder of the consortium) , Felahiye Public Education center,Sarıoglan public Education center,Pınarbaşı Public Education center and other staff whe are working on the adult Education in Özvatan public education center.permamet teachers,educational planners, educational administrators and aduit education specialist of these five public education specialist of these five public education centers will be able to take place in this Project. The commen featunes of these people are being manegers or trainers in the area of adult education in public education centers.Moreover these people are making curriculum devalopment for educational work . İt is essential to have at least 3 years of professionel experience in adult aducation for these peopleparticipansts will be selected to make 30 mobility.The same group of participants also will take part in all the courses in three different countries .thus a total of 10 participants will be selected. In onder to ensure eguality in institutions two participants will be selected from each institution.Howeve number of the participants can be changed in the Project phase.The expected effects and results of our projects on participants are given below -Our staff who come from different disciplines and have taken limited education on adult education will achieve a significant success in integrating people living in rural areas to societyCOURSESConsulting and gualification for adults : Adult vocational guidance methods and new trainig technigues in the context of social integration of adults., The transformational learning model in adult education, Alternative models of adult education for adults living in rurala areasOur staff will develop their vocational qualifications by attending courses mentioned above in different countries .Moreover out staff will develop their personel quality by observing the work discipline teamwork and professionel time management in europe.So ,our participants ,whose careers are routine and monotonous will be hing motivated to work harder and produce new things.The impoct of our Project on consortium partners are as follows;Each institution will gain an experience on prepaning ,practicing and reporting a multinational and multilateral adulte education Project.Thanks to our Project which has been prepared with a holistic approach for our staff,the reputation and position of our organization and other partners will be affected in a positive way.Our institution will contribute to human resources by treining its staff in ev standards in ev integration process.Public education centers with the philosophy of lifelong learning plays an effective role in training skilled manpower.At the end of the Projectc especially the contribution of our institution fort he training of qualified manpower will be sufficient lever.
