The aim of he Adult Education Centres are to organise such programs and events (If necessery they cooperate with other organisations and NGOs) to increase the quality of people's life, in the concept of life long learning, reveal the creativity and energy of everyone in the society not regarding their education level or age, develop their skills to be employed. Our city is built on a very dispersed geography which migh be sometimes up to 350 km between the two provincies. In this sense, for people who live in these area it is very difficult to access social activities and it can be called as socially disadvantaged people. In this context, the importance of adult education centers become more important. Adult education providers and institutions who provide a qualified education for our leaarners in this area will minimize these disadvantages. So, this project has been prepared for our staff working in these institutions. In the Ministry of Education Strategic Plan 2014-2019,i t is aimed to increase to icrease the participation of informal education rate to 9% by 2016.24 participans from 9 different consortium members will attend a course named "Teaching Methods and Techniques in Adult Education" which will held in Netherlands and Chech Republic. The numbers of participants are determined according to the number of their courses and learners they have. All the participants who will attend these courses will be the Adult Education providers who are actively working in these instutitions.It has been planned to organise 2 courses named "Methods and Techniques in Adult Education" in 2 flows in Netherlands and Chech Republic. These courses will be held in different dates but the same program in two flow consisting 12 learner. The learners who will attend these courses will disseminate the abilities into their organisations that they gained during the course. By this way we will be able to disseminate the results of the project in a larger range of people.The project will be coordinated by the leader of consortium, Provincial Directorate of National Education. The project team which will be created by directorate will be responsible with the organising, monitoring and reporting of the project. The project will be carried out in cooperation with consortium members and participants in order to achive its goals effectively.The ones who will attend the project activities as a participant will develop their profesiional skills, meet new approaches about teaching adult learners and increase ther motivation. They will gain a vision about Adult Education teaching approaches. They will observe and gain the different teaching techniques and methods from formal education and by this way they will practice it in their teaching processes. Finally we expect in long term period, the quality in edult education will increase the number of learners who attend these courses organised by these instutitions will be a larger number.
