A school can be only as good as its teachers are. Providing an education system which is consistent with the necessities of information age can be reached with the help of qualified. teachers The aim of our project is contributing to quality improvement and internationalisation of our school by increasing professional qualities, pedagogic capabilities and professionalism; with the help of innovation and creative approaches, providing active student involvement in lesson be using music, art, sport and ICT more; to make teaching more effective in early growth of students in sycroistion and support of them. Also, we intend making students to like lesson more by innovative and creative approaches and thereby decreasing the absence and leaving school. Our Project “Happy Classes with Innovative and Creative teachers” is between 1st August 2014 and 31st July 2016. The objective of our Project is to increase our teachers ‘ professionalism and capability by participating in Creativity and innovation in teaching and training & how to use music, art, ICT and sport in education (Malta 22-28.02.2015, Netherland 28.06-04.07.2015) DNI Finnish Education System (13-17.10. 2014) courses. The number of our participants is 8 person (one of them is Companion). As one of our participants is partially visually- impaired, he is going to attend the courses with companion. The other participants are going to be chosen from teachers and principals who actively involve in Project, represent our school and have proficiency in English. We are going to carry out our Project by using innovative approach and EU methodologies. These methodologies are total approaches which unify all activities- from preparation stage to becoming widespread and stage of sustainability- in one methodology. The reason of carrying out the Project in these standards in that we intend to have qualified team work and keep the communications at the top level considering the factor. We predict that our Project is going to increase the level of education quality in our school and capabilities of our teachers. Besides, it is going to contribute to professionalization and internationalisation of our school and teachers. It is intended that students are going to enjoy the lesson more by using the factor such as art, music, sport and ICT, which attract their attention and interest. We believe that with our Project, teachers are going to contribute more total improvement of students.
