Head spinning rapid developments in technology mandates applicability in education as well. Utilisation of technology ensures equality principle at the same time. In our institution technological infrastructure is sufficient, however we feel the necessity to develop knowledge and skills to utilise existing technological equipment in a more efficient way. Within the scope of this project we aim to develop the capabilities of our employees, to improve learning and teaching processes as more efficient and structured, to ensure a medium for individual education to materialise, teachers to increase student motivation through the trainings they receive and to increase their attendance to school. With the help of technology, we aim to use various educative tools to enable a sustainable and entertaining education process. We believe that attending these courses we as teachers will be able prompt in addressing the needs of the students by emphasizing with them. We will be able to adapt to the rapid changes in how to acquire trustworthy information by the right use of İnternet. Our participant nominees are teachers with at 10 years plus experience. There will be a teacher representing each grade/school level 7 class teacher, 4 category teacher and 4 instructor. Our participants are highly motivated, open-minded, visionary, eager to learning individuals who have already attended various courses and have certificates regarding use of new technology. They lack the knowledge of using technology in education in an efficient and effective way.First of our courses,digital classroom,will aim in enabling a more efficient and effective way in teaching process and removing the obstacles in accessing resources.Our second course will focus on integrating the use of technology in our existing curriculum.Innovative learning process will widen their visions and improve their skills in using technology.Our third course aims to focus on using technology to enrich learning programmes,materials and sources. To acquire the skills and capabilities to utilise practical and innovative methods brought by technology in the classes,to utilise new Internet trends in classes,to apply learning programmes and materials in an efficient way,to developing creative and innovative learning-teaching methods,improvement of effective class experience ,technological collaboration for existing classes are planned.Teachers to adopt technological tools and skills within their classes and by utilising technology in today's classes to develop their methods, to use various useful free software, to enrich learning programmes, materials and resources by using technology are targeted. Learning outcomes gained through the courses will be shared with other staff to ensure interaction of technology at all classes and levels with education and teaching. Long term benefits of this project includes;creating an entertaining and sustainable learning environment,increasing the rate of students success by the use of technology,preventing the drop-offs from school,changing the students perspective on learning and changing the theachers' vision and building up competencies such as open to innovation,self-confidence in intercultural interactions and creating an innovation savvy teacher profile who is sharing gained experiences with other colleaques.
