?My friends and me ? qualifying our partnership? was a meeting between 30 young people (13-18y) from to rural lutheran youth-groups belonging to the curchdistrict of Homberg / Efze in Germany and to Børsa congregation in Norway. There has been exchange-work between the two regions since 2002. It was the Germans turn to visit the Norwegians. We lived in a camp at a congregation house a few days in the start and at a hotel in the city of Trondheim at the end of the measure. The participants had to solve a lot of tasks in mixed small groups: Buying equipment for a work-shop, finding destintaions, creating a sculpture, serving as a crew on a fisherboat and lots more. Often the task was given to the guests in German, while the hosts had the local ?know how?, so the team would depend on communication. Activities as visiting the Rock museum, bowling or ?moose-safari? were evaluated concerning their impact on the partnership: ?What kind of influence did what we did have on us being friends?? The participants practiced international teamwork and the leading team received a lot of hints and suggestions for the future of the partnership. EU´s Erasmus plus supported the exchange with 13 700 Euro.
