Give the youth the opportunity to increase their competence: knowledge, skills and attitude about a healthy lifestyle through outdoor activities) Concrete objectives: * Create an intercultural experience * Increase the particapants knowledge, skills and attitude about a healthy lifestyle through outdoor activities * ”Low threshold” - everybody can participate * Increase the confidence circle of participants
