The 3 youth groups Ungdomsrådet i Hå (NO), Nieformalna Grupa Mlodziezowa z Gminy Wegliniec (PL) and Group Hodkovice (CZ) with youth in age groups 13-20 will carry out a multilateral youth exchange about cultural understanding across boarders in Hodkovice nad Mohelkou in October 2016.Through workshops, games, cultural evenings the project aims: To strengthen the self-esteem of the participants, to strengthen the unity between youth groups from 3 different European countries, develop awareness of the Polish, Czech and Norwegian culture, increase adolescents' cultural understanding, giving young people a deeper understanding of cultural and social diversity, strengthening the youth participants’ ability to be active citizens.To strengthen internal cohesion in every organization, and to strengthen solidarity between the organizations, further develop its international activities and increasing expertise in project management.As a result of the project, we expect increased solidarity and mutual respect among young people of Europe, especially in terms of social community.Over the longer term, we aim that our project will be a contribution to the important work to increase mutual respect and understanding between young people in the three European countries Czech Republic, Poland and Norway.
