INVESTIGATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY IN COMMON ADULT EDUCATION PRACTICE
Starting with the end of the industrial age in the information age is found in today's world, information and communication technologies in the field of worldwide developments recorded in human history, has gained a momentum faster than ever. This is why the existing knowledge quickly wears out rapidly, and almost every sector, especially in educational institutions of the importance of the updating indispensable information that is owned in a way that reveals.Accordingly, e-individual, e-associations, e-Government concepts appeared, an individual, organization or state you want to active CTI in parallel to the needs have been inevitable requirement.
Examination of application methods and techniques of ICT technology in European countries, our institution of learning in educational activities, teaching, the way of management and staff to upgrade their competence in terms of implementation activities will be an important step. Whit this project, Our staff meet with ICT applications in Europe and to recognize new teaching methods or tools,so Turkey 's and our organisation's own ICT vision, about the strategy and action plan, awareness, will have the oportünist to serve in the adoption and realization.Participants of Our staff are; 1 Manager and 7 teachers (master trainer ) in adult education institution.
Our participants about the lack of information transfer in the field of information technology for individuals 40 years of age, and there isn't any institution or organization which operates to eliminate these shortcomings without Rize /Fındıklı Adult Education Center are the staff.
Our staff can not transfer this information to the group because they receive training on psychological status or learn the skills of people over the age of 40 while studying. These deficiencies are not corrected by our organization when they start working for our company. Therefore, in this sense, the lack of knowledge by teachers is fierce.
Adults over 40 years providing training to our staff in the field of information technology; pedagogical knowledge and equipment for removing the upper level of education by increasing computer skills of the people they gave, in particular e-government usage and virtual diagnosis we want to carry out with our project to resolve grievances may encounter these people, including to protect.
In line with this strategic move our project for education and training systems to lifelong learning (LLL) processes of adaptation, social participation in adult education and vocational training for the development of the quality of our institution that studies will contribute to the target of also being involved in internationalization.
