In our organization,there are three main fields such as,SECRETARYSHIP,ICT,MARKETING.All of them require to speak at least a foreign language very well.Our organization is teaching English languge and our key persons are English teachers .Our organization is conscious of following and experiencing the innovative teaching methods in the framework of the European Development Plan.Therefore we are aware of that our all students who study in our organization need to reach the best level inEnglish until they graduate from our organization.But,unfortunately our students cannot understand the importance of knowing English and finally they can find out the necessity of speaking English when they are in their internship term.As a reult we think that we need to find a solution for this problem. This project,named" Innovative teaching methods in English language acquisition" will mainly this problem in a huge way.Our staff will get a better result after they implement these new technincs into their curriculum.We aim that our students will both improve their English and vocational English. So In this term when our country is in progress of the entering the European Union,our students will get good jobs easily both in our own country and another country with the help of their better English.Both of staff members have already joined project activities abroad,therefore they have foreign country experince .We will also give some certifications such as "Europass" and National document for the staff joined the project activities abroad.In addition to that,we aim to do our best for dissemination by our staff' s giving seminars to other English teachers.The host organization in Malta is experinced and qualifed in their works .They have already given similar trainings before.Consequently ,they will provide gain for our staff we expect.
