As part of the project, the staff of the Foundation - 2 people (staff responsible for vocational education and training) will take part in training, Job Shadowing type / observation work abroad. Planned mobility of staff of the Foundation include visits to four organizations involved in education and / or training. Organizations covered by the mobilities are: - Association Nationale de formation Professionnelle des Adultes (France) - ASSOCIATION POUR LA FORMATION EUROPEENNE PROFESSIONNELLE (Belgium) - Endurance Partners in Hospitality (Netherlands) - FOUNDATION ENAIP LOMBARDIA (Italy) The aim of the project is to increase the quality of the Validation and certification of professional competence (VCC) through the participation of the Foundation's staff (personnel responsible for vocational education and training) in training, Job Shadowing type / observation work abroad. Reaching the target directly translate to meet the needs of the Foundation described above VCC and VCC strengthen the quality of the system and thus improve the quality and the merit system offered in the courses and exams that allow for the acquisition and certification of new competencies. Adjusting the competence of citizens to labor market requirements is essential for improving competitiveness, employment and social cohesion of the European Union, which is in line with the main objective of the Europe 2020 Strategy (European Commission Communication 2010): achieving smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The project is planned 4 mobility, but the classes within each of them will be carried out within one (described above) of the scheme / agenda. VCC Foundation assumes that in the context of ongoing training project type Job Shadowing Foundation staff (staff responsible for vocational education and training) will acquire practical skills and knowledge of: - Designing training programs / professional courses - The establishment and functioning of education systems trainers - Methods of working with a group, - Examination and validation procedures (including the legal aspects of validation and certification of visited countries). This knowledge will help to improve the quality and substance of the VCC system based on the experience of partners from four European countries. Knowledge of validation and certification systems professional in countries such as France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy will allow the further development of the system VCC aiming for its internationalization, which is one of the strategic objectives of the Foundation.
