European projects give possibilities to realize needs of school:- They include the individualization of teaching (work with a gifted student and the one who has troubles in learning, supporting students who are exposed to finish education too early, mobilization and encouraging to further learning by using modern computer tools and digital technologies: tablets, interactive boards and projectors).- Europeanization of the students connected with: making them aware of the need of learning foreign languages, giving chance to go abroad, cultural tolerance and openness to the world. - Connected with versatile development of all the teachers working in our school (getting interpersonal and linguistic competences, familiarity with the world, getting known modern methods of learning and using them in practice, taking advantage of technologies learnt during courses as well as conscious usage of linguistic and cultural knowledge during the time abroad and what is more in further life)- Connected with organization and management of the projects: ( experience got in the time of realization of the project will give the chance to create the team who will focus on cooperation with foreign countries, activities which aims will be to join other educational projects eg. KA2, Visegrad Fund, exchange with other European schools )In practice they will enhance board development of not only teachers but also their students and as the result they give them better chances on the labour market both on the national and international area. The realization of such the project eliminates territorial boarders and at the same time maintain national distinction. As a matter of fact the priority aims of our projects are:- Supporting teaching staff in developing their professional competences,- Participation in various trainings and methodological workshop,- Sharing the knowledge gained during courses as well as discussing professional experience,- Development of language competences especially by increasing vocabulary,- Motivate to learn foreign languages,- Learning and spreading the knowledge about the culture and the habits of the European Union’ countries,- Learning and relaying the knowledge about modern methods of activating students’ work and supporting students’ with a low level of basic abilities and those who finish education too early,- Practical usage of gained knowledge by modification or self-creation innovative teaching schedules,- Getting known the other forms of teaching and learning organizations- Making lessons much more interesting by using news methods of teaching,- Organizing trainings and presenting acquired aptitudes to the school staff (teaching staff, educators),- Propagating cultural openness, tolerance and respect towards other nations, religions and cultures,- Continuing cooperation and exchanging experience between other participants of the courses (gaining partners for the other Erasmus + programs),- Developing skills of using modern computer technologyWe declare that 20 teachers who teach different subjects will take part in our project and they will be creative, open-minded, tolerant and eager to enlarge their knowledge as well as develop abilities in educational, methodological and pedagogical areas and also those who are prone to professional burnout, monotony and routine at work. People who will qualify to the process of this project’s realization, first will be obliged to fulfill preliminary requirements (such as documents, passing preparing language and cultural courses confirmed by certificates and signing agreements). Then they will be able to attend to four methodological and language refresher courses in English and German speaking countries, thanks to which they will be able to use their knowledge in practice. These people will be obliged to share their new skills with teaching staff of our school, students, parents and also local society.The results of the project will be:- Organizing open lessons,- Publications of elaborated effects of work with young people,- performing publications, lectures, talks, chats,- collecting documents summing up activities that will benefit in achieving some conclusions and ideas for further realization. We expect that taking part in the project will help us to realize the aims above, to spread and strengthen results, develop partnership and long-term cooperation such as realization of the next international projects (KA2). We believe that improving the professional qualifications counteracts burnout and stimulates pupils to more effective learning and what is more it enhances their chance for success on an educational route.
