Sixty students of Secondary Technical College of Catering and Food Services, Secondary Technical College of Hotel Administration, Secondary Technical School of Advertisment Organisation and Secondary Technical School of IT from Czerwionka-Leszczyny is going to take part in the project named: "Comprehensive development - the basis for career success". EuroMind, a Spanish consultancy&training provider which organizes internships for young people from Europe is a partner in the project which main objective is to improve the quality and innovation of vocational education in the Secondary School in Czerwionka-Leszczyny in the above mentioned professions by gaining skills, linguistic and cultural competence by the students of our school. Implementation of the project will enable the students to familiarize themselves with the Spanish labor standards in restaurants, hotels, information technology and advertising, technological standards and quality, work stations with equipment and procedures in the performance of certain duties. The expected result of the project is the acquisition by its participants a new practical knowledge and work experience that directly enhance the attractiveness of the future school graduates in the labor market. During the internship six teachers are going to take care of the three groups of students traveling to Seville in September and November 2016 and March 2017. The internship program will be implemented during the 3-week practices. The programme of students' stay on an internship in Spanish companies was developed jointly with the partner institution euroMind. A group of participants will be selected according to strict selection criteria published on the school website after approval of the project. Before leaving for an internship, students will be sent on a Spanish course which is going to be the language of communication at the place of internship. In addition,in Spain the students are going to attend additional Spanish lessons with special emphasis on the professional vocabulary and its practical application. Beneficiary and project partner is committed to providing substantive project administrators, organization of an accommodation, transport, food for the participants of the project and implementation of the language and culture programmes. After project is finished, students and project evaluation will be made, and the project results will be published. Participation is free of charge for every student. Declaration of participation after going through the recruitment process requires the student to the full implementation of the intended action. Each participant will receive the Europass Mobility and other certificate of participation in the project.
