The project "International cooperation - the way to effective teaching " will be implemented by three teachers of English language. The main objective of the project is to promote English language learning and developing international cooperation. The project participants will take part in language and methodology training organized by the Institution Bell of Cambridge in the UK. The training topics include: " Creativity in the classroom .", " Blended Learning : Combining Online and Face - to-Face Teaching " and " Language and Methodology Refresher for Teachers of Young Learners " Firstly, the courses are international , they will be conducted in English. Teachers priority will be to establish international cooperation with teachers from other countries and to improve their language skills , to broaden the knowledge and the competencies of innovative methods and techniques of teaching foreign languages. An important element of the training will be knowing the issues of culture and civilization of the UK as well. Participants in the project will seek to implement common European projects within the eTwinning program. Meetings with educational staff of European countries allow teachers to mutual exchange of experience in learning and teaching methodological solutions applied in other countries and educational traditions. The project will contribute to the promotion of learning English in school. Moreover, teachers will use more often innovative teaching methods and techniques more effectively in everyday teaching using new technologies. Language classes will be enriched with elements of culture , civilization of Anglo-Saxon countries. Teachers will more effectively plan the course of lessons , analyze all the inconveniences , efficiently manage the class . There will be organized activities to promote English language learning such as the European Day of Languages , Language and Arts competitions or The Festival of English Song. International projects on platforms eTwinning will be organized at school. These actions will increase a noticeable interest in learning English among students. Teachers and students wiil more willingly approach to the implementation of European programs in the future. What is more, the evaluation carried out during the project will provide quality of project activities . Publishing the results of the project through the Intenet , as well as in the local press will improve the image of the school in the local community and the nearest region. Last but not least, potential long-term benefits of the project will include improving the quality and innovation of teaching, development of international cooperation , active training and promoting foreign language learning in schools.
