The ambition of Kielce district, as a leading executive in association with high schools lead by that district is to make sure, that the education level and teaching methods fit the European standards. To achieve this, there is a need of constant teacher development as well as providing them with proper tools and knowledge, that will allow them to achieve higher and higher work results. We make sure, that teaching is performed with innovative technology and new teaching techniques. Main goals of the project: 1. Improvement of skills relating to personnel profile (teaching, training, quality control, etc.) 2. Achieving better personnel performance, which will be profitable for students. 3. Achieving the knowledge of the new teaching techniques by the pedagogic personnel. 4. Achieving the knowledge in using the innovative technologies by the pedagogic personnel, with special consideration of subjects such as: language classes, math, physics, chemistry, biology and geography 5. Increasing the possibility of carrier development 6. Improving knowledge of foreign languages 7. Increasing the motivation and satisfaction of everyday work. Project participants and the main activities in case of mobility: 1. Teachers: foreign languages, IT, general education (math, physics, chemistry, biology, geography) – participating in a course „interactive training and teaching techniques” 2. Teachers: foreign languages, IT, general education (math, physics, chemistry, biology, geography) – participating in a course „innovative technologies used in teaching process. Foresight of results and influence of the project: 1. Improvement of methodological qualifications of teachers participating in the project 2. Introduction of the new methods with usage of the innovative technologies 3. Improvement of foreign language skills of every participant in the project, which will allow them to continue international cooperation by accomplishing future project. Potential long-term benefits: 1. Increase of the teaching quality in schools led by the Kielecki district 2. Increase of teaching effects in schools led by the Kielecki district 3. Improvement of international cooperation 4. Improvement of attitudes of respect, tolerance suport for others 5. Increase of the European dimension of schools from the Kielecki district and the district community. The main goal of the project is to exchange of the experience, knowledge of the usage of new teaching techniques, introduction of innovative technologies in school classes, to diversify them, especially in: language classes, IT classes, and in general education classes (math, physics, chemistry, biology, geography). We will organize mobilities of two groups of ten people who teach the above mentioned subjects. Both groups will participate in 2 courses: a week course of new teaching techniques and course of innovative technologies used in teaching process. One of the course will take place in United Kingdom, the second in Italy.
