Objectif général :Les deux territoires du projet disposent d'un patrimoine riche, d'une diversité d'habitats, de paysages, de sites renommés et attirent des artistes et compagnies du spectacle vivant souvent isolés. Ces régions disposent également d'un potentiel culturel riche qui se développe au travers de festivals et événements. Le micro-projet WAVES vise ainsi à favoriser la cohésion sociale et linclusion sociale des populations des deux territoires à partir de pratiques artistiques développées autour de la construction de marionnettes. Le projet propose dassocier les populations et les artistes sur les savoir-faire liés à la manipulation et la construction de marionnettes. Cette « création participative » se déclinera dans lespace public au travers dévénement en France et en Angleterre, tels que les parades. Le projet vise également à favoriser les échanges de compétences et de savoir-faire entre des compagnies, concernant la construction de marionnettes géantes. Les échanges culturels et les rencontres entre les populations locales seront favorisés dans le cadre du projet.Principales actions :Echange de savoir-faire et compétence : - Organisations de deux séminaires de travail franco-britannique sur les échanges de pratiques artistiques pour la construction de marionnettes abordant les thématiques suivantes :- Echanges de savoir-faire pédagogique sur laccompagnement des publics en situation dexclusion.- Visites dateliers et échanges sur léco-récupération de matériaux.- Utilisation de matériaux naturels existant sur les territoires (osier, jonc etc.) pour la création artistique.Participation des habitants et inclusion sociale :- Organisation d'ateliers de conception et fabrication de marionnettes, encadrés par des artistes professionnels marionnettistes issus des compagnies de Redon et de Norwich. Les habitants défileront avec les marionnettes géantes dans les rues lors de la « Taknaw parade » à Redon et lors de la « Fête des Lumières » à Norwich.----------------Main objective :Norfolk and the Pays de Redon both possess a rich heritage, a diverse range of habitats, landscapes and well-known sites, and appeal to often isolated live performance artists and companies. These regions present a rich cultural potential developing trough festivals and cultural events. This project aims to strengthen social cohesion and social inclusion of populations from both regions through artistic practices based on puppet construction. The partners offer to bring together people and artists around the manipulation and construction of puppets. This participatory creation will take place in French and UK public spaces via the organisation of events such as parades. The project also aims to promote the exchange of practical artistic skills and know-how between companies for the production of giant puppets. The partners will also promote cultural exchanges and encounters between local communities. Main actions :Sharing know-how and skills:- Organisation of two joint work seminars to compare artistic practices for the production of giant puppets and to tackle different issues:- Exchanges of knowledge on the support of specific groups when organising events in public spaces.- Workshop visits and exchanges on materials eco-recovery.- Use of natural elements (willow, cane etc.) present in each territory as a resource for artistic creation. Participation of local communities and social inclusion:- Organisation of workshop for the development and construction of puppets, supervised by professional puppet artists from companies based in Redon and Norwich. The groups will take part in street performances during the Taknaw Parade in Redon and the Festival of Light in Norwich.
