The goal of the Project is to increase competences of 2 key employees in the Foundation Faveo in the field of working with young people threatened with social exclusion and with culturally diverse youth groups as well as the development of the organization through the exchange of experiences with the partners from Italy and Denmark. In the project an exchange with the Association Eurocultura in Italy and with the Production School in Denmark will take place in three fields: 1. inclusion of young people threatened with social exclusion, 2. intercultural and lingual education in the context of youth groups with a migrant background, 3. extension of the international network for cooperation and support of youth. Both organizations possess interesting, innovative solutions in the area of inclusion and adaptation. The activities in the project will include two 5-days training cycles, one performed by each of partners in the form of workshops, practical presentations and exchange of experiences. Trainings are intended to cover the identified needs regarding the individual and vocational development of the Foundation’s workers in the field of cooperation with youth with a different social and cultural background and the improvement of trainer’s skills by some new working methods in the youth non-formal education. In the framework of the project the exchange of experiences with regard to applied methods of working with young people will take place and the most difficult matters of the youth work will be discussed. Establishing cooperation with the institutions from Italy and Denmark will extend the network of the Foundation’s cooperation by new partners. A preparation of the project participants and the evaluation of effects at the level of participants and project implementing organizations will take place within the project. The dissemination of the project is going to be updated trough uploading information about project on the Foundation’s and Partner’s websites, conferences and practical trainings. Development of reports by the project participants that will be published on the Faveo’s website as good practices that can be used and exploited by a large community will be a result of the project. In addition, lesson units that will have application to the Foundation will be worked out.
