Outline:Partners: 3 schools from very different parts of Europe with specific educational approachesPersons: per school a core group of teachers from different disciplinesMobility: 3 mobility moments for 4 teachers per school during the project, different core-team members participating each timeDidactic method, period and deadlines are determined on an international levelContents: introducing new didactic methods, based on the latest scientific insights to cater for the specific differences of students.Trying them out in order to achieve differentiation for different groups of learners thus enhancing the motivation of the various groups of learners. The expectation is that the project works both ways, teachers will become more aware what didactic tools to use for which groups of learners and the learners will learn to select the approach which works best for them. Convergent differentiation being the keyword.Approach:national level: the core team will test the new didactic approach for the period determined beforehand. The two years are divided into four parts.The groups of students selected for the trial period is measured at the start and end of each period.An evaluation takes place at the end of the period and is reported to the international teaminternational level: per period the evaluation and findings are used during the mobility moment of members of the coreteamsMobility moment:the evaluation of all partnerschools per period is used as the core of the visitthe hosting school presents its strong didactic point to the visiting partnersthe teachers get the opportunity to work with the colleagues of their own discipline in order to exchange ideas gained during the preceding period as well as try out the chosen didactic approach together
