"Youth people would consider themselves like learners because they know how to learn for education, one adapts and changes and is aware that if research is a learning process the knowledge is assured and the future will be guaranteed positively ". The current economic and financial crisis could not give a chance to young Europeans enter the labor market. Youth face a new complex background increasingly focused network, it is required more often a mind-expanding to new education and learning. Sometimes the Innovation in education is considered as “subversive” nevertheless more open-minded, liberal and flexible companies of new educational system; companies will have the opportunity to bring out innovation, where the young will have more incentive, where the results of innovative training will reward those who have invested in it. On the basis of a detailed analysis of the labor market current situation, emerges that more than 40% of employers assigned importance to the experience obtained as a result of study and work abroad, which not only allow young to improve their language skills but also to acquire other competences that are very valued. Youth ideas, especially those "innovative", are the lifeblood of a company. Every company raises from a "spark" of brain’s man. Then, new ideas need of expanding operations, create new products, face competitors. The European area is still dynamic and active but it needs of supporting and holding: we have to introduce a new economic path, it needs to change the objective from young people seeking employment to young people who will create the growth and innovation of tomorrow. The great deal of effort is to create new and suitable occupation. Europe has many chances to have succeed and win it. Courage and confidence are essential to open new opportunities, support ideas and initiatives for creating real lasting and sustainable development. In Europe, many young people have creativity and enterprising spirit. However, these energies must be releasing from the constraints of bureaucracy. The Young people who want to do business have the right to obtain in short time reliable and complete answers. For the companies already established as start up the challenge is to overcome innovation and competitiveness. Thus, the company must be supporting in all its aspects. It is necessary to re-establish a virtuous circle in the chain of occupation starting from professional training, employment to enterprise. In this context, it is important that young people become new entrepreneurs and builders of the future; they are able to share innovation, creativity and enterprise. The European economy is going through critical time it is full of difficulties. For businesses and even more for those conclude the studies and face a closed and stagnating labor market. In this blustery situation, the contribution of young people in particular those have better training and good skills, may reveal like an operative resource to face the crisis. Often young people under the age of thirty-five have much talent and are distinguished for their flexible approach and innovative competences. It is more and more essential for Institution, University or privately owned to promote the initiative concerning projects that skills of young people keep in touch business world.According to "Europe 2020", this planning with its main aim is to reduce the phenomenon of dropout school and to grow up the higher qualifications by year 2020. Moreover, our project has a strong network shared between different partners. Each of them has some tasks such as to define, spread, gather, foster and develop the enterprise culture among young people. By using platform as means of monitoring during the most important steps of enterprise cycle: starting from its growth to the following development. The action of the project is to support the focus established by European Union for youth that consist of an employment stands of 75% during the next ten years, meanwhile it will ensure that they are equipped with the skills necessary to fill the jobs of tomorrow. Writing about future, no one can fail to see what happens between the Young People, the culture and innovation. Young people are the future for any country, culture affects the mentality of people, innovation is the result of human capital, and economy developed within a given culture. Therefore is essential to plan for young people because they are the future needed for a country.
