The 8 activity days youth exchange "Words to Change the World" will be held in Italy, in Napoli 24th of November - 1st December 2016 while the APV will take place previously, 4th and 5th july (excluding travel days).The project is promoted by the non profit association Componibile62 with 5 partners from Greece, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria and Czech Republic and will host 30 young people, 5 from each country, aged 18-26 and balanced in gender with the involvement of at least 7 people with feweer opportunities.WCW is motivated by need to provide young people with tools of critical analysis and to help them to interpret the world in a personal way and to promote processes of positive change. In particular, the theme of the " power of words " will be analyzed starting from the issue of immigration and integration, which will provide an opportunity to reflect on the different points of view and individual reality of the participants , and then on the ways which the media can use to manipulate the information and influence public opinion and political actions. The theme will be dealt with interactive thematic sessions, creative and interactive activities, public meetings and games that will test critical, analytical and creative skills. WCW is based on non-formal education methods. Participants will compare experiences and different cultural backgrounds, improving writing, visual and digital skills through a conscious use of web 2.0 tools.WCW will be held in Naples , an historically multicultural city, meeting place of different civilizations. However contemporaneity is characterized by divergent forces and multiform realities that will stimulate the participants.Specific objectives: - Increase the critical spirit and the interpretation ability of 30 young Europeans - Discover similarities and differences of 30 participants at the individual and collective level through the application of non-formal methods- Increase creativity and language and logical skills - i.e. " Public speaking " , "listening ability" , " problem solving " , " creative attitude" - through group activities and intercultural dialogue of 30 participants- Develop digital skills, and create a web campaign shared by 30 participants - Increase the autonomy, independence and the ability to act in an international context of 30 young peopleComponibile62 will ensure the constant monitoring of the actions implemented during all phases of the project to ensure the proper management and a high standard of quality . Componibile62 will promote the communication with the project partners streamlined and effective , based mainly on the use of web tools ( email , skype conference , Facebook group , Dropbox and other similar resources ) during all stage.This is the expected impact of the project:- The project will have a direct impact on everyday life of the young participants that will be more aware of risk of communication and will promote their new visions on local communities.- The project will impact on the use of social network in everyday life, spreading more conscious way to use digital instruments.- It will increase the spirit of individual initiative , activating the 30 participants in the promotion of a social campaign that promotes the integration, tolerance and intercultural dialogue through creative use of " story" and wordsAn important aspect of the project will be the dissemination plan of the result. All communication actions will be accompanied by the official logos of the European Union, Erasmus + and National Agency.Componibile62 will create a section of its website dedicated to the project which will be the main tool for the dissemination of its content.The material relating to the activities of the project will be disseminated on the official facebook page of the project ant through the local and international networks of Componibile62 and partners.The project will also implementation a web campaign on the topic of the project through social media.The project will promote the Youth Certificate with specific sessions and activities aimed to increase the awareness of the importance of the 8 keys competences especially to enter the job market.
