We,Young Leader Women,came together 2 years ago.Our group has some works on women rights.The Project will be held in Bursa on between 20th of September and 26th of September in 2015.There will be 6 volunteers from Bulgaria,Latvia,Spain,Poland and Italy.The Project is about women’s not having the equal opportunities in career field,because of this they are in difficult to be successful in working life. The main aim of the Project is to inform our participants about significance of giving the same opportunities to the women by not doing discrimination among genders.We expect participants will gain to evaluate the activities rightfully by ignoring whether a man or woman did it.Young people will be concious after the project and in the future when they get serious roles in working life,they will be fair to women as they are fair to men. At the end of the project participants will percieve that the problems and solutions are the same.By this way prejudgements which occure because of differences will be removed.The main aim is not to degrade the problem to the society from countries and governments.We aim to inform our participants about Europian Citizienship and eliminate the prejudgements between people and cultures.Actually,how we are the same!
