The goal of the project is to train 32 + 32 women with low qualifications on both sides of the border, to provide an opportunity to return to or enter the world of work, overcoming their problems with self esteem in the framework of trainings and group activities. The main activities are: selection of OKJ (National Training Register) trainings on the Hungarian side and management of trainings.The target group is formed by 64 unemployed or inactive with low level education as of Romani origin.Among the project results: 300-600 hour OKJ training and 64 people trained.
