Why design?

The project, which is developed by KFUM og KFUK i Esbjerg og YMCA Escamp, includesa 5 days youth exchanges for Dutch and Danish teenagers. Using non-formal education methods we are going to develop relevant competences in 34 youngsters and address nowadays issues with a DESIGN angle. The project is named "Why design?" and includes how can design help the world and your own community, how can you use creative thinking/innovation, the benefits of own design, how to design/plan your life etc. The project design it self is made by youth on our previous exchanges and clear focus during the camp is the the partcipants is highly involved in the design of the actual exchange and following exchanges.
