Who is who?
Date du début: 1 août 2014, Date de fin: 1 déc. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project Who is who? is aiming to integrate two motivated young people from different European countries in the activities of Talentum Foundation in order to promote volunteering. Our goal is to establish such a sustainable volunteering opportunity that enables both the professional and personal development of the participants and lets them become an authentic promoter of the culture of volunteering and international volunteering to their peers and our partner organizations as well. Furthermore, the project allows personal and organizational learning supported by mutual knowledge sharing, intercultural discursion, spreading best practices and methodology, and developing quality projects based on the 15-year-long experience of the Foundation. On one hand, the volunteering period is a great occasion to gain new experiences and to give structure to the already obtained ones in a form what might be in the future widely distributed owing to the non- and informal methods, the peer-, intercultural and interpersonal learning applied in the project. A wide list of activities is available according to the interest and future career plans of the volunteers. On the other hand, for implementing creativity and own initiatives all assistance is granted concerning all the interactive activities with the local foreigners and youth with fewer opportunities or all the participation in project development. Besides the knowledge and improvement in key competence the participants become more conscious, open and flexible. In addition, the valuable process of working with volunteers require continuous learning and adapting from all the parties what makes the success of the project not only as a personal achievement of the young volunteer, but also all the contributing organizations and their colleagues promising further innovative cooperations regarding the active European citizenship and better recognition of volunteering in a broader social context.
