Within youth exchange Where your values are standing? What is your education? will have 25 participants (age 18-25) and 5 group leaders with no age limit, will happen in Latgale from 12th to 19th of July. Exchange will include young people form Latvia, Romania, Spain, Italy and Lithuania. Project will be about education, learning, values of education and learning, our approaches of young people how we want learning to happen, how motivation can be created to develop eagerness to learn and achieve personal goals, develop personal skills and competences.Within this exchange our objectives are:1. Young people to develop individual personal competencies, understanding value of education, within understanding learning style, competences, ways of learning (both traditional and non-traditional)2. Young people to experience different types of learning by doing, including non-formal methods and outdoor learning, to foster personal development and future learning3. Empowering young people by giving them opportunity to create their active learning environment 4. To inspire, motivate and give youth perspective to NGOs and group leaders how learning can be implemented, adjusted and stepped up. Impact of the project will be towards local community, participating NGOs, young people who will participate in exchange and in development of future leaders of learning. Young people will gain a lot of to enrich their everyday lives, activities of their NGOs and what is offered to young people in their areas. Young people will be given chance to choose what type of activity (examples can be performance, flashmob, exhibition, movie screening, feeling trail, tracks of experience and etc.) to develop and create in Preiļi and introduce to society.
