The phase of youth in Germany underlies a dramatic structural change since several years. There are current challenges in Germany with young people have to grow up. On this count the demographic change, the increasing through globalization needs of knowledge and skills, the expedition and agglomeration of biography of education, which are connected with a violent time of control in a daily routine of young people and the process of advancing heterogeneity in the phase of youth. Therefor politics of youth and politics for young people have to do everything to allow young people best possible and accurately fitting conditions in the manifold and advancing changing phase of youth. An independent politics of youth address oneself to all young people and perceive as social germane politics of future. An independent politics of youth centre the phase of youth in needs and skills of individual living environments in their whole diversity. Next to family policy and development of early infantile offer the responsibility has to encourage for the circumstance youth. Well family policy and consolidation of early infantile education and care are general conditions, which support an independent youth policy. An independent youth policy should allow, commitment of stakeholder, which support young people, achieve ideal results for young people in Germany. Young people should be open as much as possible equal beginning opportunities for a self-dependent and self-determined life and it should develop a climate of acceptation and respect for efforts and engagement of young people. According as Slogan “to be exercised and campaign in something” young people from Germany, Poland and Russia will deal with youth policy. The project “What´s up in 2025?!” deals with political issues of youth, for example education in schools and in out-of-school supporter, participation in political and public area as soon as in change over between school and business. The sight of young people will not only aimed to year 2014, but also forward-looking. During the project young people should carve out present political issues of youth from their countries and should draw a perspective of future for year 2025 with the help of these issues. Adventured Education activities for groups constitute the fundament of the project as soon as workshops and discussions next to games for cooperation and teambuilding. Young people should experience, that they can shape self-determined and change their own life. Youth people should make aware, that they have the right to campaign in interests to give an opinion and participate in policy. Young people receive at the same time next to contented and political settlement valuable impressions in cultural disparities of the participated countries. They experience by intensive processes of communication and interaction with youngsters from different social and cultural backgrounds the local value of youth policy in other countries. In this process should communicate a deeper understanding about existing differences and potential commonalities of political youth structures in each of these countries. All partners will participate active in the elaboration of contented issues in workshops and in planning of activities under participation of young people. The young people are equal partner in this project, which are taking an important role in this execution. An integral value of the project is the share of the responsibility from the young people for the fulfillment and development of the project. The participants will administrate a dairy, so that gotten findings from young people will keep records. The young people can also illustrate their personal development. In this way we will support the participants social, personal and intellectual.
