We want to bring youth from all kinds of backgrounds and cultures together who have in common that they are part of less opportunity target group. We want to involve in this project 100 % less opportunity youth only ! This all in order to realise a unique and meaningful project with an impact on their life that they will never forget. With this project we give an impulse to the participation of the less opportunity youth in the EVS program. In this great project we want to realize creative thinking within the reality / life situation that the youth are in, to give them a wider perception on reality. And a more open view and acceptance for differences that are around them. This all in order to develop their personal en professional skills. By living together, creating activities for each other and doing voluntary work on a local level we want to reach a new / wider view on what EVs can mean for them, and how it can contribute to a better life. With as result that this youth will go for long term EVS in the future. In order to realise this powerful project, 12 youth organizations joins' together and cooperate to create an intercultural learning opportunity for young people whom normally do not have the possibility to participate in EVS. 21 days will be full of opportunities for the participants to explore their skills and talents, a basic programme created by enthusiastic volunteers will give them the outlines to play end learn. The participants will get the " responsibilities" to manage their living and working together for the full length of the programme under guidance of a group of volunteers and the supervision of a few professionals. We want to give the participants space to be creative and learn from their actions that they do. We would like to give them an experience that will make their "shoes" bigger ,in order to explore more easily our wide and interesting world. Because what is the use of a wide world when your (wooden) shoes are too small ?
