INTERNSHIP without frontiersWith this project we will go further than having contact with partners of an European project. We work and learn together.We would like to take the opportunity to study the methodology, , the setting of daily school life, monitoring the pupils, combating early school leavers, the orientation, integration and relationship with the traineei companies of our partner school. And this we will do with the students who are the in a week position to enter the labor market after graduation.With the school, teachers and mentors we would like to live this internship as it is now organized in and outside in La Lycée de la Providence. So we can study together to find the similarities and the differences. We want to learn from them and also offer our experience so that we can strengthen our internships. We will search where we can inspire eachother.The experiences we gathered during the organization of this internship abroad, we want to translate into our own context.Bu placing our students in their companies we want to see and learn how they adapt and develop in France here and we can compare the learning that they have made in the Waasland during their internship. Simultaneously, we also test the knowledge we gained in practice we learned in the first part of the project. We would like to share to all those who are interested. Another main objective of this project is to offer our pupils a foreign work experience so that they are immersed in the French language. A few months later they will enter the labor market and this internship experience gives them an added advantage.
