The company A.Me. Aura Mediterranea wrote the project "Wellness Project" to promote the formation and strengthening corporate culture, in the wellness industry, as a tool for development of Calabria. The goal of the project was to enable young students to compete with other European, in order to increase their cultural background, to learn aesthetic different methods (applied in the countries of the partnership network), to be used in their professional careers . The winners of the project were 30 students beauticians, attending school training A.Me. Aura Mediterranea; all students attended the second or third year, and all of them had least 18 years old. The project partners, chosen in the design phase, hosted the girls for 30 days, putting them in different work contexts: - On the island of Malta, with the support of the Malta European Mobility (MEMo), 14 girls have found use in many beauty and wellness centers, which have received them at different times, teaching them the special Maltese aesthetics; - In Spain, the Foundation OMAT of Madrid has simultaneously placed 10 students at a training school for beauticians and hairdressers, in which there was also a beauty salon / spa. - In the United Kingdom, with the support of the London Academy Placement, 6 students were able to work in beauty centers in London, learning different techniques from those learned in Italy. After returning from mobility, each girls could relate their experiences to colleagues of course, boasting a cultural heritage enriched by unique experiences in life. From the professional point of view, some of them have received job offers, mostly in the city of London, where the aesthetics Italian is considered the best in Europe.
