The essential aspect of intercultural training courses shall be the mediation of standards/skills for project management. Of particular importance is to the intercultural exchange assembly. Teachers from different countries attend the courses together. Intercultural learning can take place now, not only during seminar time, but during the entire stay. At the same time there is a possibility for teachers to meet potential project partners and to work with them and also to plan and organize student exchanges, e-twinning or job shadowing. In addition we expect an improvement of standards/skills in the field of project management and intercultural understanding. These standards/skills can be later on mediate to the college of the school. The number of participants elevates the hope for profit growth for the college and/or the school community. It is important for a dissemination of the European idea in the college and also for the teaching. The European ides needs to be an immanent part of the lesson.Because of the seminar experiences we do expect a motivation for intercultural learning/life and intercultural cooperation at our school. They should expand and strengthen the available standards/skills, improve the multicultural coexistence in the school community. More effectively with European projects. The training will enable teachers, even more, to inspire the school community for European projects and also to use the project as a means for the purpose to expand the intercultural, linguistically and social standards/skills of the students. The aim must be to take the diversity of Europe into the work with students and to establish more intercultural projects.By expanding these standards/skills our students will be better prepared in the future requirements to meet the needs of the European and international life and the labor market, later.
