During the tormeted economic times which we are experiencing, thiw training aims at providing specialized theoritical and practical knowmedge and abtaining the suitable skills and abilities in Information Communication Technology (I.C.T.) and New Technologies, subsequently providing opportunities to intercept the program are ICT students with additional learning requirements from low socio-economic background and iow-leveiled vocational skills.
